Hey there! Welcome to my blog By Kylee Shea. I am on a mission to help share healthy recipes that don’t feel healthy and that don’t feel hard! I am talking least amount of dishes as possible – anyone else love food but hate dishes? Well, you’re not alone. *Makes heart shape with hands.* I created this blog to show how healthy can be easy, practical, and delicious.
I have always been obsessed with food – but that doesn’t mean I always ate healthy or that I was always good at cooking. I want to share the journey and tips with you so you can avoid my mistakes such as the overcooked dinner and the undercooked pie.
My philosophy on food? I personally am a very religious person, and I believe God created this beautiful earth for us! Which means to me that the best foods to eat are the ones that come whole and unprocessed – just the way God created them.
On this blog you will find recipes that can fit multiple diets or lifestyles. My main focus is to create recipes that utilize whole and unprocessed fruits, vegetables, meats, and grains. This will include recipes that are gluten free, dairy free, and/or paleo friendly.
Outside of the blog you will find me hiking around Utah with the love of my life and amazing husband Jon and our mini golden doodle Mr. Case. Chips and salsa, fried eggs over easy, and open face sliders are weekly staples at our house.
