I have made these and swapped out my add-ins depending on whats on hand. I have done ground turkey with red pepper and cheddar, pork sausage with green onion and mozzarella, any combination you love will work great with these. Did I mention how awesome these are food prep?

- Protein: ground turkey, chicken or pork sausage, bacon
- Veggies: green onion, yellow squash, tomato, red pepper, cauliflower rice, broccoli, etc.
- Cheese: cheddar, mozzarella, pepper jack, feta
- Muffin tin
- Salt and pepper
